Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These are custom supplemental Terms of Service for using Da Grind, published by Emanuel Quintero, an individual in the United States. By using Da Grind, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. They are not a replacement App Store End User License Agreement: Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement continues to apply to App Store downloads. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or platform conditions. If these terms conflict with the Apple standard EULA, that EULA controls for the license to the app.

2. License and acceptable use

You may install and play Da Grind for personal, non-commercial use on devices you control, subject to the platform license. Please do not:

• copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its art, or claim them as yours;
• reverse engineer or tamper with the app except as the law allows;
• use it to harass anyone or break the law, or choose a photo you have no right to use;
• interfere with these web pages or with support.

3. Ownership

Da Grind, its name, art, code and design belong to the publisher or its licensors. The photos you choose remain yours. They stay in your local profile, and I get no license to them because the app does not send them to me. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you pick.

4. Scores, Lab, and no money promises

Scores, cores, history and daily seeds are purely local game features. They have no cash value and earn no prizes or revenue. The Lab's revenue calculator is hypothetical and depends on assumptions you enter. It is not financial advice, not a forecast, and not a promise that any game or app will earn money.

5. No account or cloud recovery

Da Grind has no accounts and no cloud save. Progress lives on your device. Resetting, removing the app, clearing app data, or losing the device may erase it, and I cannot promise recovery. Device backups are managed by you and your platform provider.

6. Support

Support is by email at dagrind24.7@yahoo.com and on the Support page. I try to reply, but no response time or uninterrupted availability is promised.

7. Changes and ending use

I may update, pause or discontinue the app or these pages, and update these terms (the Last updated date will change). You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. I may stop supporting use that breaks these terms, subject to your legal rights and platform rules.

8. Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow to be excluded. To the same extent, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your statutory consumer rights, which vary by place.
